Yes and no...

Provided they are all oriented in exactly the same direction, you can you ctrl+click to select multiple groups, then ctrl+c to copy and ctrl+v to paste the objects to a new location.

If you want to change the orientation, you'll need to use a template and do some manual sliding around of objects, but it's still much faster than building from scratch. Try to keep as many of the support units as possible in the same group, then click the template tool on the left hand tool bar (looks like a half-circle)

At the bottom of the template menu you'll see the ability to create a new template from an existing group in your mission; select your FARP vehicles and name it something easily recognizable (like FARP support) then hit save template.

You can now select the FARP support group from the top drop-down menu and click anywhere on the map to place an identical group, then adjust their heading with the dial; they will maintain the same relative spacing. Unfortunately static objects such as the FARP itself and any tents/command posts/fuel/ammo dumps cannot be included in templates.
