F10 Wrong radio used for comm with the flight leader

Hi All,

 

I'm at mission 3 of the M-2000C campagin and sometimes I make a mistake by using wrong radio button (green/red)

 

Namely, I accidentally pressed Green radio button and send the (F10 - Other)message while in hangar to flight leader that I'm ready to taxi but then I realised that I should send it via Red radio and now since the commmand is already being used, it dissapears from the list. How to make it available again in the radio menu?

It doesn't matter which radio you use to send the message, ie the DCS does not see the difference. So use any radio on any frequency you like - the problem is, though, that if you do and are not listening on the correct frequency, you won't hear the answer :)

Does that mean that if I send the message intended for AI via F10 (other) command (flight leader in M-2000C Campaign) in the Green Radio menu that he will hear me? It didn't look so, he didn't want to start taxi.

The F-10 will work no matter which radio you are on, as a function it is disconnected from the radios. Try it again and make sure you are on correct frequency, sometimes there is more than one message before the lead taxis out.
