This seems unnatural, not so much because of the movement, but because of the frequency (speed) of the "bouncing". Wondering if this highlights some FM issues / inaccuracies.. So the stability system is stabilizing the aircraft? Most fighter jets aren’t very stable without computer support- my guess would be that the harrier is even more unstable.
