hideki2 Posted June 14, 2018 Posted June 14, 2018 (edited) Some things I have noticed: Sticker under the CK is applied twice. Taxi light from another aircraft taxiing behind lights up the cockpit (even before the light sabre taxi light bug) MAJOR(I think) Setting the altimeter knob affects the HUD displayed altitude even in the RHD mode(radar altimeter source) making it impossible to calculate the atmospheric pressure. Knee-board way point tables don't line up with the text. Occasionaly RB75 will not stay locked instead will just lock for a brief moment.(in which you can successfully fire at target) In multiplayer, when other Viggens deploy airbrakes you can also see reverser being engaged in the air. Missing animation and graphics for blown tyres. Acceleration stops abrouptly at a max speed. around 1.854M depending of alt. Max speed independent of air temperature. Also take a look at this post by @gusanako https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3530106&postcount=1 Some suggestions: Make controls for the data unit knob like the mode and weapon knob, namely buttons to rotate it clock/counterclockwise Maybe replace the sticker under Central Display with qnh/gfa conversion table so that it makes sense in DCS Make a toggle control for the reverser A MAJOR BUG :) Aerodynamics don't seem to be working in reverse :D Edited June 14, 2018 by hideki2

Yeah this one kind of annoys me, it's the sign of something weird going on in the FM. Any dev can have a look at this? it looks like max speed is hardcoded or something Edited June 15, 2018 by amalahama

I would add: Wheel rotation is bugged. Engine nozzle lacks proper moddelling/animation. Instant blow up when exceding airplane structural limits.
funkyfranky Posted June 15, 2018 Posted June 15, 2018 Taxi light from another aircraft taxiing behind lights up the cockpit (even before the light sabre taxi light bug) According to Cobra, this is not a bug but a DCS shortcoming. TLTeo Posted June 15, 2018 Posted June 15, 2018 Yeah this one kind of annoys me, it's the sign of something weird going on in the FM. Any dev can have a look at this? it looks like max speed is hardcoded or something It's not necessarily a bug. Hydrodynamics is very complicated, especially when it comes to supersonic flows, so to know whether it's a bug or not would need to actually do the math and solve the HD equations. I'm not saying it's right either (or that I can solve those equations for a plane in flight - my expertise with HD is from a completely different field), just that it's not necessarily wrong.
