Motion blur in low settings

Tried to use the motion blur in the latest beta and it works very nice but many artifacts appear witch makes it unusable for steady looks. I know I have low settings but it should not look that bad. In particular artifacts appear on lines, hud and canopy edges, distant aircrafts (smudgy), screen edge.
