Can I suggest that you watch youtube tutorials like; https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=dcs+av8b+maverick by Redkite and download Chuck's guide These are study aircraft and we need to study! (As the Harrier never used them apparently) Only mavericks supported by the AV8 at this moment are the AGM-65G (soon™ to be replaced by the AGM-65F(?) once it's modeled) AGM-65E the -G is a larger/better -D Maverick and the -E is laser guided Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Followed Red kite's excellent videos for a few different things as well as the Grim Reapers. Currently, these are making me grind my teeth. Chances are it's user error. But I am struggling to get the DMT and MAV's to communicate, I have the E variant loaded. The steps I take, -Activate the DMT pick area target - Uncage the maverick, it is looking in the same area as the dmt, Sens select forward to arm the "IRMV" - Then no lock or such seems to happen, tried pressing TDC action too (depress). Just doesn't fire at all! Yet do it on the mav directly, it will lock and fire no issue. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
