Can ED please explain what is going on with the spitfire?

According to the developer notes that came with the latest Open Beta update (2.5.2.19723.411) the Spitfire is now complete.

 

However there does seem to be a problem with the first person view as there is glass reflection when looking out from the cockpit even when the canopy is open.

 

This has been reported internally already. As stated, the features are complete, but bugs do pop up.

I certainly hope so! You'd think it'd be as easy as just going to the toolbar in the dev tool and clicking on "flip horizontal" :D

 

:D If it would be as easy as that, I think ED would have fixed it....
