Any plans for qatar or bahrain?

First I have to say really great job ed and co very great map and lots of fun to play!

 

My question is are there going to be more airbases and expansions into other countries like Qatar and Bahrain? Seems like the grid includes these countries already.

The Persian Gulf Map for DCS World focuses on the Strait of Hormuz, which is the strategic choke point between the oil-rich Persian Gulf and the rest of the world. As of the update this week, the map size is final. From the start, the map was planned to include Iran, UAE, and Oman. This will not change.

 

When time allows though, we will try to add some additional airfields and landmarks in the UAE. Our may team has now moved on to the next map that we will announce later this year.
