I not found the old threat.... open new (move them if has applicable).

 

I see, on the old youtube ED Terrain tool channel, has upload a new video show working the SDK / Terrain tools, making the lion island example (Falklands islands). Show as build mesh, road, scenery, airports etc with terrain, bathymetry, 3DS max, OpenStreet, etc.
