DTC / DTS management possibility?

Hello guys,

 

Is it possible (in DCS or via 3rd party tool) to manage or edit your default DTC / DTS settings (like for weapon and ecm programs, avionic config settings, CDU settings, etc) before mission start?

 

Or, is it standard practice to manually setup everything each time on ramp?

I'm not sure if it still works, or if it's still compatible with DCS, so your mileage may vary.
