Crew outside the plane?

I edited a simple mission: in uh-1 I takeoff from a ship and land on the Stennis; here a group of 4 AI f/a-18s are triggered by my landing, takeoff and after a short circuit land at Shukumi. I've noticed than, after landing, the AI f/a-18s taxi to parking area, shutoff engines and end their tasks with the pilot exiting the cockpit and standing next to the plane. Is it possible to do so with player controlled planes? Or is this a feature only AI f/a-18s model specific? In other words, is there a command to have my uh-1 crew to stand outside the cabin next to the heli at the end of the mission?

Many (all?) ai planes do this after shut down. Not possible for player so stand outside the plane (except for ejecting then walking back to the plane).
