Reduce fuel load = uncommanded throttle on hot start [tracks attached]

This is not a controller issue. This does not seem to be a Mission Editor issue. There's something funky with the Mission Planner interacting with certain modules when clients are set to start hot on the ramp or on the runway. Since it's neither a controller issue nor a ME issue I'm not sure where to post it.

Symptoms

In some modules, changing the fuel load of a client set to start hot on the ramp or on the runway through the Mission Planner (not Editor) before flight results in DCS giving 50% throttle, despite physical throttle being set at idle.

Changing the fuel load in the Mission Editor, then saving the mission, and flying it does not exhibit these symptoms.

Flying the mission without changing fuel load also does not exhibit these symptoms.

"Synchronize controllers" option has no effect.

Modules Affected

Yak-52 = throttle stays at 50% and airplane starts taking off

Spitfire Clipped Wing (specifically the Clipped Wing version) = throttle stays at 50% and airplane starts taking off

Su-25A and T = throttle input shows 50% before pressing "Fly," then resets to idle without engine increasing power

AJS 37 = throttle input shows 50% before pressing "Fly," engine revs up but then immediately resets to idle

All my other modules (Harrier, Hornet, Mirage, P-51, TF-51, Warthog, Spitfire Elliptical, Hip, Huey) do not show this behavior. They start with throttle input registered at idle as they should. However, in previous updates the Hornet had this problem as well. As of Update 9 that appears to have vanished.

How to Reproduce

Set one of the affected modules as a client to start hot on the ramp or runway. Before flying the mission, open up the aircraft's payload in the Mission Planner (NOT EDITOR) and reduce fuel load. I did 50% fuel. Start the mission. Open the controls indicator and note throttle indication before starting the mission. Start the mission, and see what happens.

Six tracks are attached.
