ny3d1 Posted September 4, 2018 Posted September 4, 2018 Bought a new rig (Dell tower.) all works fine but I can't seem to get the "Pause Break" key to work. I can't unpause the simulation and I can't get the FPS counter to work. Any ideas??
Simicro Posted September 4, 2018 Posted September 4, 2018 I don't know how but you would first make sure that the "Pause Break" key works outside of DCS. Then check in DCS that it is not assigned to another function. - Tony - . My Reviews: Oilfield Campaign - Argo Campaign l My Mission: Huey Ramp Start Voice-Over New! . gra1 Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 I had exactly the same problem as you, not being able to display the frame rate. I tried everything to try and solve the problem, including assigning different bindings. I put it down to the fact that I was using a gaming laptop that used a special key to access the Pause key. The way I solved the problem was to download the free 'msi afterburner' software which is primarily used for overclocking, but has a really good tool for displaying the frame rate and other info such as Gpu temp etc. Just search for msi afterburner and you'll get the download site and utube files on how to use. Hope this helps, any problems just reply to this email.
