tmansteve Posted September 23, 2018 Posted September 23, 2018 I noticed that there is a edit to change your nickname in Multiplayer. Question is, do you use your Callsign that you have in your logbook or stick to username? It sounds daft but just need to know. When using radios and stuff Cheers

feefifofum Posted September 23, 2018 Posted September 23, 2018 In a large scale heavily populated server, if callsigns are assigned by flight i.e. Eagle 1-1 thru 1-4 use the flight callsign so that everyone doesn't have to look at the role select screen to determine who is in whatever slot. If you request tasking from a command element with your MP handle, they'll have no idea what to give you without knowing what you're flying. In a smaller scale environment, it doesn't matter. Use whatever you prefer. THE GEORGIAN WAR - OFFICIAL F-15C DLC
Shadoga Posted September 23, 2018 Posted September 23, 2018 Many users log in with a combo of their desired flight callsign plus their player (community) nickname, separated by a vertical line, e.g.: VIPER13 | Shadoga
tmansteve Posted September 23, 2018 Author Posted September 23, 2018 OK, many thanks for the info guys. I like the idea of username and split then callsign. See how it goes
