Do I need to make a Coremods folder to allow me to install liveries in the dcs saved games folder?

Or do I just make a liveries folder?

I use just a "Liveries" folder ... it works with aircraft modules' skins, cockpit skins and AI planes & ground units (like the recent Rapier SAM):

Ok rudel. It looks like you have mklink? I did that with your post to me with my input folder. I will try this and see, I think I had a problem last time with no recognition so I just installed to the main dcs folder.

Thanks

Yes, that's correct .. DCS is an important App to me, so I store on the cloud (OneDrive) those Folders that I mess with :)

Liveries

Missions

StaticTemplates

MissionEditor

Config

Screenshots

Kneeboard

... and put on /Saved Games/DCS.openbeta/ links to the real location. It works well and haven't noticed a performance impact when flying DCS.

On my PC it does work, this is the OneDrive folder that I use to keep my DCS stuff on:
