Also Moscow has a tall mast nearer the bow, then further aft, a lower mast with a very large radar antenna (NATO name) Top Pair. Middle one is Neustrashimy - small mast nearer the bow with (NATO name) Cross Sword radar for SA-N-9, then larger mast amidships with (NATO name) Top Plate. I'm sure our resident Russian navy expert will jump in here, but I believe the Russians only ever completed one Neustrashimy. Shame really, it's a pretty ship. It's an age thing, without looking real close I thought for a second it was a UK Type 42 - it's an old model with that pretty poor texture file so can't even reskin it to look like a Type 42. Can't do a damn thing with it. Moscow = INS Delhi - playing around with that at the moment and the Indain Navy have just bought a load of Molinya's as well. Done the K into the new Indian Carrier, flying Mig 29's, looks good if a trifle short on the flight deck. Needs some tarting up yet.

Mind you there is something fishy about the 3D radar of the Moscow.....it should be the "Top Pair" like you said, but it isn't in Lock-on. Originally I thought ED might have given it the "Top Plate"(Fregat-M" series) installed on the later "Varyag"(same class), but on closer inspection it actually looks more like the "Podberyozovik" radar installed on the "Kerch"(Pr. 1134b). The third ship(furthest away) in the shot appears to be a Krivak II class frigate(two aft AK-100). I believe the Russians only ever completed one Neustrashimy. Yes but they did actually start building three - apparently the two unfinished hulls are still around and word is that funds have been made available for their completion :) . JJ

Colt40Five Posted June 9, 2007 Author Posted June 9, 2007 Many people use a program called modman (which you can get at lockonfiles) to install/uninstall mods. The lma3 file is for modman. If you want to manually install the skin, open up the .zip file and copy the .bmps directly to your lockon/bazar/temptextures folder. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
