FC3 and Mig 29 PFM

As the title says - assume I will get the new Mig 29 with the PFM if I already own FC3? - if yes assume I can try it by simply flying any FC3 instant action

missions or if I design a mission that includes the flyable Mig 29?

Should be no brainer but mind you your DCS have to be updated first to at least 2.5.3.22652 :)
