Spinning rotors when cold and dark

After updating to 2.5.3.22877 Open Beta I fired up the Mi-8 for the first time in a while, and found that when starting cold and dark on the ramp the rotors, while not actually moving, appear as if they are moving. See screenshot:

 

 

Once the engines are started, the rotors return to their proper state, and once the engines are shut down, they remain in their proper state.

 

Cleanup and repair did not resolve the problem.
