Nero.ger Posted November 3, 2018 Posted November 3, 2018 Just delete their comments 9 line, or make me a mod and I’ll do it. :) negative commets have the same right to exist unless they violate the forum rules. so i am afraid you have to deal with them even if you dont like them or find them offensive 'controlling' the Ka50 feels like a discussion with the Autopilot and trim system about the flight direction.
Exorcet Posted November 3, 2018 Posted November 3, 2018 When a seller decides to sell a product, he also has the responsibility of the product quality. The seller has to fulfill the sales contract, nothing more. This can include quality (warranty, etc). It doesn't have to include meeting all expectations of the buyer beyond what was promised. In fact the seller sells a product for a profit. The buyer is who is paying the seller salaryNone of that really matters. he has all the right to not being happy and to ask for more.Yes, and the seller has no obligation to care beyond what was promised. If the seller doesn't want to face any criticism, he can decide to not sell an unfinished product and wait for the 1.0 to be released. If the seller clearly state they are selling something incomplete and will finish it later, people criticizing the incomplete product has no basis for their complaints. As inverted parts: none have forced the seller to sell an unfinished product, if they don't have time or willing to support the customer, they should wait to finish the product. No, it's on the buyer for buying something and then expecting it to be something else. You're free to critique and to be unhappy, but complaining about the F-18 being incomplete is more or less absurd. It's maybe a bit more reasonable for the much older modules that may still have issues, I'm certainly eagerly awaiting the F-5's RWR issue to be sorted out, but hey I'm the one that bought it on announcement. Your reasonable recourse if you're dissatisfied is pretty clear, don't buy modules until they meet your standards. I bought into VEAO and Aviodev unconditionally, knowing full well there were risks. Both of their modules have had issues and my response is to simply hold back on buying their future offerings until their current stuff is sorted. EDIT well apparently the post I was replying to was deleted as I replied, so I expect this post might be too. Deano87 Posted November 3, 2018 Posted November 3, 2018 It doesn't work like this. When a seller decides to sell a product, he also has the responsibility of the product quality. As inverted parts: none have forced the seller to sell an unfinished product, if they don't have time or willing to support the customer, they should wait to finish the product. It works both ways. You bought an unfinished product, you can’t then complain when guess what.. it’s unfinished. You can also decide not to buy the product until 1.0 is released. It would be different if ED weren’t open with the fact the in EA the Hornet wouldn’t be feature complete. But they were completely transparent with this fact.
