Svsmokey Posted November 1, 2018 Posted November 1, 2018 Welcome to the forums ! . Best advice i can give at this point is to put your system specs in signature , be as specific as possible describing your problem (what missions , aircraft) , and on any performance problem , post a screenshot of your settings . As currently posted , we have absolutely no information with which to help you ::) 9700k @ stock , Aorus Pro Z390 wifi , 32gb 3200 mhz CL16 , 1tb EVO 970 , MSI RX 6800XT Gaming X TRIO , Seasonic Prime 850w Gold , Coolermaster H500m , Noctua NH-D15S , CH Pro throttle and T50CM2/WarBrD base on Foxxmounts , CH pedals , Reverb G2v2

Svsmokey Posted November 1, 2018 Posted November 1, 2018 Sounds like you're running out of memory . Try decreasing preload radius . Also , your windows pagefile should be set to 2x your ram . 9700k @ stock , Aorus Pro Z390 wifi , 32gb 3200 mhz CL16 , 1tb EVO 970 , MSI RX 6800XT Gaming X TRIO , Seasonic Prime 850w Gold , Coolermaster H500m , Noctua NH-D15S , CH Pro throttle and T50CM2/WarBrD base on Foxxmounts , CH pedals , Reverb G2v2

Svsmokey Posted November 2, 2018 Posted November 2, 2018 (edited) In the DCS home screen , click on the settings icon in the upper menu bar . It will open to the "System" page . Click on the "low" preset button at the lower right . Make sure the "preload radius" at upper right is 60000 or less . Do not increase it from the" low" preset setting . Regarding page file , also known as virtual memory , it is in the control panel>system file . Set to 16-24 gb . You will likely get an administrator prompt ; say yes .
