Derge Posted November 2, 2018 Posted November 2, 2018 Hi all, I've done an extensive search and am unable to find any Su25 cougar profiles (.tcm) anywhere to load with T..A.R.G.E.T I have found a couple that use Foxy but I'm trying to avoid it as a bit of a noob when it comes to editing it etc. Hoping that someone can help me out?

Rudel_chw Posted November 2, 2018 Posted November 2, 2018 (edited) I think I have your Su25T profile for foxy Rudel but having issues with my calibration file when loading it. :) that was one of my first profiles, quite old by now, and it unfortunately suffers for trying to attempt too much, with more than three functions on each button, in detriment of playability. I havent updated it because I hardly fly the Su-25 anymore, but I have this one that I updated for the MiG-29, that you could probably modify easily for the Su-25T as they have almost the same commands (the microstick will move the target designator on the Skval) You need to run the ThrottleRange.exe utility (on the Cougar's folder) to determine the % of throttle that your Cougar has at idle ... then alter the line 128: THR 5 3 (0 10 20 100) (KD(X24) KU(X25)) (KU(X24) KD(X25)) (KU(X24) KU(X25)) This divides the throttle travel on three zones: 0-10% flag X24 turns on, if you press S3 and S4 for 2 seconds both engines will power down. 10-20% flag X25 turns on, this is the "idle" zone on my Cougar. If I press S3 & S4 for 2 seconds it will start both engines (with 10 second delay between one another). 20-100% Normal throttle operation So, you only need to edit the 10 and the 20 so that it operates well with your throttle.
