[WIP] Issues with the ACM modes in 2.5.3.23788

I've spotted a few issues playing with the ACM modes in the new patch.

 

1. WACQ only works on hot targets, and can't lock anything cold. If you try locking a cold target, the lock drops immediately.

2. VACQ only works on cold targets, and can't lock anything hot. If you try locking a hot target, the lock drops immediately.

3. After 10-20 locks, the lock gets stuck - and can't be dropped by pressing undesignate or turning the radar off (can only drop it by turning more than 70 degrees away from target).

Thanks for the report, ACM modes are heavily WIP at the moment.
