Will a R4E & 3930k support RAM speeds of 2400Mhz?

Long story short, I currently have a set of quad channel 16GB Corsair 1866Mhz ram that has served me well up to now. As I fly mostly in VR, I'm looking to eek every last drop out of my system before I pull the plug on a new 9900k build some time early next year.

 

Really, it boils down to this; will my Asus Rampage iv Extreme support a Corsair Platinum 16GB quad channel set thats advertised to run at 2400Mhz? I know I'll have to use XMP and thats fine, but before I take the plunge on a second hand kit on eBay, I want to know if it'll work in my setup. According to Asus, the R4E does support memory at 2400Mhz but I'm wondering if the 3930k will? I have overclocked the CPU to 4.6Ghz so bear that in mind.

 

I'm looking to gain a few additional FPS from my 1080ti.
