Just doubt the devs still have the old version since we can't downgrade that far ourselves with DCS_updater anymore for quite a while now. How to get there is quite easy. Get damaged (could be the hardest part, maybe a blown canopy counts already, at least it should), land, go in one of those shelters (Al Dhafra) and let the ground crew repair your a/c.
