Terry Dactil Posted January 29, 2019 Posted January 29, 2019 I have had the same problem before. Two quick and dirty fixes that worked for me: 1. If multiple monitors, bur only using one for DCS, click somewhere on a non-DCS monitor them return to the DCS monitor. 2. CTL-ALT-DEL into Task Manager, then exit Task Manager. No idea how or why they worked.
