Hotas deselecting A2G on its own.

I have a VKB MCG-Pro. When I fly the Av8 it likes to deselect A2G on it's own just as I am trying to prosecute an attack. It makes the aircraft unusable at the moment.

 

My question is am I the only one seeing this problem. I have checked all the binds but cannot find the problem. The Hotas works great with every other Aircraft.

Hi,

 

There are some instances where the USB port is not recieving the correct voltage from the USB header on the motherboard. Low voltage can cause false signals being generated.

 

I have experianced this with my set up and HOTAS. I solved this by placing the devices on separate rails.

 

IE before (with errors) my usb ports are like this:

 

| | (common rail for 5v power bad)

 

to this

|

| Separate power rail for 5v power good

 

Your motherboard may have different rail power configurations. Best experiment.

Thanks for the reply I deleted all the keybinds and re did them using the same keys and now today it was OK so who knows. I am using a laptop and a powered USB hup to run VR on the go.

i do also have a vkb mcg pro, same issue since ED introduced and reverted their input device presets,

i reassigned the buttons but its still happening with contactless trigger
