I am puzzled by what I noticed recently.

I have a combination of the thrustmaster warthog flightstick and Thrustmaster 16000M twcs throttle.

My A-10C warthog has been in the hangar for a long time now and since getting this new HOTAS, I never flew or did any mapping in the warthog.

I recently wanted to acquaint myself with A-10C litening targeting pod in anticipation of its introduction into the hornet and pleasantly surprised to find out that my hotas has been realistically mapped internally.

Questions is does dcs auto map hotas systems internally and how may I take advantage of this feature for my other modules because I found the mapping very close to the real thing and I only just had to do minor adjustments like setting up modifier and zoom key

ED has been working on making it easier for the most common joysticks. So I'm guessing they made some changes in the BETA version. I know the last "big" change was a bad as it over wrote people's customization. So I'm going with the theory that ED is making progress. Or maybe it makes the change if it doesn't see any customized setup. For the A10C, TM WH worked out of the box w/o any mapping required.
