Change livery

I downloaded top gun 2 livery with maverick pilot in from user. I put in the folder but I don’t see how to change liveries.

You do that in the mission editor. Select your aircraft, go to weapons load out. There's a drop down list with all detected liveries.

you can also press LALT+' to pull up the rearm menu while on the ground. you can pick liveries from there.
