Static weather causes stuttering

I've been doing some testing and I also have stutters related to the static weather and clouds, By testing on the f-14's rocket run in hormuz instant mission, I can consistently reproduce the stutters, modifying the mission to remove the static weather make these stutters disappear.

 

 

And these stutters are always caused by a sudden drop in the use of gpu, I wonder if there are any reports by ED on the subject?

Wow. Call me stupid.....but I would've thought dynamic weather would have been more system intensive.

 

Switching off static now.
