If you're talking about the warheads mounted backwards on the bottom of the 3rd stage, then no, they aren't wrong.

Really? I though the warheads were mounted facing towards the tip.

why do you think all icbm designs have to be the same? bulava isnt peacemaker. front and back don't matter in the vacuum of space, the payload module will be invariably rotating to the attitude necessary to achieve the desired orbital trajectory.

 

theres this syndrome where people who play too much video games start assuming everything in the real world also obeys simple and consistent rules that announce themselves readily

Okay, but surely mounting them upside-down just makes the missile longer due to the shape of the nosecone? What's the benefit? And how does the final stage propel itself forward if the nosecone is one side and the warheads are on the other? Just trying to understand here.
