Oculus Rift one eye freezes and become white

Hi everyone, I would like to hear from all of you is it my problem just some bug by your opinion or hardware problem.

 

After last update my oculus rift start to flash on left eye for few miliseconds like orange color, continues normaly and repeat it sometimes, but after some time it become freezed and picture start to going white (see picutre attached). I need to remove hdm cable from headset or to restart dcs to all back to normal. But it start to repeat all this day.

 

Please help me whit this, thanks in advance to everyone.

 

EDIT: i have latest oculus and nvidia drivers.

It seems to me an harware problem. Did your rift felt to the ground or receive some sort of impact, recently?

Not at all it is came new in november and it start to blink like this two days ago. Today starts to be even worse. I will send it back, or maybe take vive. I dont know if it is better than oculus but proce speaks for it tho.

Yep contact Oculus support, you have a warranty and they will replace it.

Oculus is a great headset.
