fix Missing Mission Loading screen

in folder: "Mods\aircraft\MIG-21bis\Skins\1\ME"

 

Copy the "loading-window" and rename the copied "loading-window" to "BackGround-MiG-21Bis",

the mission loading screen will back on instead of showing cloud picture.

Thanks a lot for the dedication to fixing these small but significant issues .. I will pack the edit as a Mod together with the one for the Viggen, to apply easily after every DCS update :)
