does the autoexec.cfg entries for client net throttling still apply in DCS World 2.5?

are these kind of changes still effective in DCS World 2.5? Do these recommendations need to be tweaked from the recos 4+ years ago?

e.g.

autoexec.cfg entry:

if not net then net = {} end

net.download_speed = 1024*1024

net.upload_speed = 256*1024

In 2.5.4 - yes.

From 2.5.5 DCS will automatically adjust itself to the available bandwidth.
