when weapons are already equipped, then player refuels, then takes off before "rearming complete" appears, pilot will not be able to use any weapons.

Not much I can say to that - don't want another warning for mouthing off - but I'd still like to respectfully suggest you take some time to find out how software in general works. Duh.
