Crash on click mission end/quit mission (A-10C Sturmovik)

So two times today DCS has crashed at the end of a campaign mission. The first time it happened on clicking the green "end mission" button after quitting, so luckily I progressed from the mission regardless. This time, however, it crashed only on clicking "quit mission" and so did not log the successful mission. I really don't have the time to fly these long missions repeatedly, so yeah, pretty frustrating....

 

This is also far from the first time I've had issues with crashing on mission end. Not convinced it's specific to the Sturmovik campaign.
