E2/E3 Not contributing to Link16 when started from late activation.

Might be the case with other Link16 enabled aircraft

 

Found during: Multiple Custom Missions

Version: Open Beta 2.5.4.28090

100% reproducible.

 

If you would activate an AWACS aircraft (whether F8 manually or automatically) it will not contribute to Link16 Datalink

 

How to reproduce:

1.Create new mission in editor.

2. Place E2/E3 on the ground hot, set it to be late activation.

3. Set up activation trigger.

 

Awacs will not be recognized as donor for Link16 data nor show up as Command and Controll

(Double dot) on S/A page.

I actually figured it out! it has something to do with the unit being created on old mission version. When I switched awacs to different unit, then back to awacs and re-saved the mission it worked as intended.
