getsno Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 A friend of mine have a COUGAR PRO SL 6631, he used to fly Falcon 4 with no problems. He recently bought LoMaC 1.01 and encounter some problems with controling the plane, he said that the plane is diving always slightly downward no matter what plane it is. more than that, he tried with another joystick to fly the Sim and again the same problem. he even tried to install the Sim on his girlfriend computer and...again the same problem, does anybody have an idea for this poor man:)
Atomic978 Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 Has he tried to trim the plane. tell him to hit CTRL + T that will reset the trim. then tell him to try again. The russion planes you have to trim otherwise they will not fly level without you pulling on the stick. hope that helps. =RvE=Atomic Alienware Area-51, Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q9400 @ 3.2GHz, 8gig Corsair XMS2 DDR2 Ram, EVGA SC GTX 570, Western Digital 1.0TB 64mb cache HD. mjolner Posted August 3, 2007 Posted August 3, 2007 Simple to test. From main menu select options. Then Input Then under devices select your stick as listed Then select "axis" Then on the right hand side of the menu select the "Test" button. Then down on the bottom right you can see all of the different axis. See the white crosshair? If that is centered on the inner dot when your stick is released and centered your stick is fine.
getsno Posted August 3, 2007 Author Posted August 3, 2007 thanks mjolner, it seems that he failed the test..:smilewink:
