[NO BUG] [RESOLVED] HCU Hand Unit - Warthog stick issue

When entering the RIO seat, the HCU hand unit is all the way to the left, if I move it, it moves but it's twitching to go back to the left and when I stop moving it it goes back to the left.

 

I have no issues with the stick on anything else

Check to make sure no other axis is bound to the HCU, like your rudder pedals.

This using same bindings as the stick correct ? Works fine, no issues with the front seat stick.

 

I didn't see a separate HCU binding. I'm using default bindings haven't touched anything (warthog stick/throttle)

 

The RIO is unplayable for me

You do realize there is a separate page apart from the F-14 Pilot bindings for F-14 RIO bindings...right?

That is probably my issue then, let me check - I went to 'Axis' bindings and only looked there,

 

I'll validate and check back, I'm sure your right that I probably have it mapped multiple controls but I'll respond back after testing

This keeps catching me out. When you're in the RIO seat and head into controller options, it defaults to the F14 pilot controls and you need to select RIO from the list. If there was a way to default it to the seat you're in it would be a great help. Unsure if possible.

not a very intuitive control setup as I did find the RIO settings and I had a controls double up with my ch rudder pedals
