Top Jockey Posted March 15, 2019 Posted March 15, 2019 Hello everyone, Can anyone here please help - I'm getting the "Waiting for payment" message, since I purchased the Tomcat yesterday, roughly before 8:00 PM. 1 - the money already left my bank account; 2 - confirmed by phone call with Paypal, that the transaction was OK; 3 - already contacted the respective people at ED / DCS yesterday, for both instances below I've sent them all the Paypal info as requested: - opened a Ticket at my profile > support; - contacted support@digitalcombatsimulator.ch; ... in both instances I've got told to wait, but no developments whatsoever. I've been told at the support messenger chat, that only the manager can check the Paypal transactions, and it will be fixed today... It's around 11:40 AM here, and I can't get the product I've paid. Is this ED / DCS appreciation for a loyal costumer ? Should I cancel the ED / DCS order, and after that register in Heatblur and place my order there ? Thank you. Man, that's frustrating, I can imagine all you want to do is fly that sucker! Try sending a PM here to one of the Heatblur guys and I'm sure they won't leave you hanging!

Hello Strong05, In a way also to avoid the kind of problems you mention, I never used bonus points and that kind of stuff (probably neither do I have those points either). I've been talking with the support messenger chat, and I've been told "the problem isn't from my side, neither with Paypal, but with the payment gateway"... So if they do know that, why should I be prejudiced ? I've asked them already if they are trying to encourage their costumers to ask for reimbursements. Top Jockey Posted March 15, 2019 Author Posted March 15, 2019 Ok it's also my obligation to come here, and inform that: After a while talking with the support messenger chat (at DCS store site), my order status finally changed from the dreaded "Waiting for payment" to "Complete". (Stiil don't know, if things related with the payment on their side were finally sorted or not.) Went to the sim, and the Tomcat install option was there already. Will try my luck after a disk defragment. Only downside, was all the unnecessary worry one has to endure after paying, (without knowing how much time it will take to get things solved). But at the least the Tomcat seems to be available already, let's see how it goes! Thanks to whoever made that possible.
