How to solve the problems of "wheel up" in a new aircraft mod?

Hi all,my friend (inSky_353/RICK) have make a new aircraft mod of J10 (Chinese New fighter),but we don't know how to make the "wheel up and down" and the "flaps up and down",can somebody give some help or advices?

first you have to download ED's plugins..

put them in a 3dsmax7

then read this..
