What do these command keys do

Anyone know what these keyboard commands do? I tried them and nothing happens.

 

Explosion X+LShift+LCtrl

Levitation H+LAlt

Binocular view toggle B+LWin

One frame mode Pause+RShift

View all mode Delete+RCtrl

View enemies mode End+RCtrl+RShift

View friends mode Home+RCtrl+RShift
