thrustmaster warhog

hi , I own a thrustmaster warthog flight rig and I fly the F18 on DCS world 2.5.

Everything worked well until suddenly the stick went really hard left on its own ( inside the game without me even touching it) , anyone knows how to fix it? because the problem keeps happening. thank you.

I run the warthog with Target, and sometimes I get both Thrustmaster Combined and Thrustmaster Warthog Stick in the DCS controlls tabs causing a dual mapping, in my case of the Pitch. Check if you have some other controller mapped to your roll axis

Does it always pull to the left? If so it could be a sensor fault in the base of the stick. I would imagine that would be a factory repair/replacement.

 

I have had control input freeze on me in the past, in that case no other inputs worked either. When this happens, do you still have control over all of the other axis and buttons on the warthog?

If you press LCTRL + enter you will see what inputs are being sent to the aircraft. It's useful for troubleshooting controller issues.

I suspect your control settings added axis controls to your various controllers, this seems to happen after all updates. Just go into the controls settings and scroll through them and clear them as required.

If this is a new rig set-up then you are victim of the default control bindings which bind commands to multiple controllers. As an example, the pitch axis will be bound to JOY_X on your joystick, throttle and possibly on your pedals, and your controls will fight each other.

You have to remove all the unwanted bindings.
