valve index

Hi all,

I'm thinking of buying a complete valve index vr system. I noticed you can preorder it from steam. I don't have the steam version of DCS world. I bought it from the e shop. Will the index work with the e shop version?

Yes it will work, a lot of people here have non-Steam version since it tends to get updated earlier. Basically run SteamVR, then run DCS and turn on VR option in DCS settings.

as a windows mixed reality device all you need to do is start your headset, you WMR portal will open, then start steam and steam VR, then you can open DCS in VR mode and you are good to go.
