Tacview Unrestricted for Dedicated Server

Please help how is it possible to set Tacview restrictions for a dedicated server? I would like to set no playback delay and allowed object export but no modifications to serverSettings.lua or options.lua seems to have an effect.

So in your options.lua in the ...\DCS.openbeta_server\Config\ folder you have the following line in the tacview plugin section?

["tacviewPlaybackDelay"] = 0,

I have a dedicated server and Tacview installed on this computer. But how can I activate Tacview with no gui for the server and how to set the delay?
