IDontLikeBigbrother Posted May 28, 2019 Posted May 28, 2019 The variable altitude function of bk90 seems not working at all. I follow the instruction on the manual, trun the right knob to takt, switch to "in", input "91500", press "LS",switch to "valb", and then fire in pair. But it seems that the glider never go to 500 meters. I also check the main altitude set, and it is right. So after that, I go to the default setting(switch to std), and the glider seem to glider at the same altitude as the first test, around 400ft.(I am testing on that X shape runway near the kobuleti and I am using bk90 mk2, the ap one) It seems that the variable altitude function on the bk90 never works at all.
Mr_sukebe Posted May 28, 2019 Posted May 28, 2019 I vaguely remember being told months ago that it was broken. In the meantime, launch at 500m 7800x3d, 5080, 64GB, PCIE5 SSD - Oculus Pro - Moza (AB9), Virpil (Alpha, CM3, CM1 and CM2), WW (TOP and CP), TM (MFDs, Pendular Rudder), Tek Creations (F18 panel), Total Controls (Apache MFD), Jetseat
IDontLikeBigbrother Posted May 29, 2019 Author Posted May 29, 2019 I tried launching at 500m, the result is the same.
F900EX Posted May 30, 2019 Posted May 30, 2019 Lately I have been dropping it from 40000ft over an airfield with no wind on a MP server and the results are amazingly interesting LOL .. in a very good way At low level I can get them to glide from 10KM away at Mach .90
IDontLikeBigbrother Posted May 31, 2019 Author Posted May 31, 2019 Yes.... actually it is able to reach 10km even under 0.8mach, and nothing can hit it.
EGG Posted May 31, 2019 Posted May 31, 2019 This was the last post I saw on the BK90 approach altitude: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=230957
