robohunterx Posted June 26, 2019 Posted June 26, 2019 (edited) As the title suggests, the only two ways to refuel the external tanks are to unmount, then remount tanks on the ground, or to preform aerial refueling. For all other modules, goikg through the refuel and rearm process will load your external tanks back up. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk Edited July 3, 2019 by IronMike
sLYFa Posted June 26, 2019 Posted June 26, 2019 AFAIK thats a general DCS problem. You can drop the tanks before landing instead of completely dearming i5-8600k @4.9Ghz, 2080ti , 32GB@2666Mhz, 512GB SSD
Eldur Posted June 27, 2019 Posted June 27, 2019 Definately a DCS issue. Had the same with the Hornet just a few days ago.
robohunterx Posted June 27, 2019 Author Posted June 27, 2019 Ah gotcha. I could have sworn that I've been able to refuel just fine in other modules. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
deady1000 Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 (edited) This is still not fixed yet in march 2020. Everytime I forgot to drop the tanks and try to refuel I have to delete the tank, wait and pick it up again. Very annoying. PS: At least thats the case in the F/A-18C Hornet.
