Trouble locating Second User/Saved Game files

So A day or two ago I downloaded another copy of DCS OpenBeta. I am having a issue trying to find the new copy's User/SavedGames/DCSOpenbeta file. I was just wondering if anyone could help me out?

(Both Copy's of DCS are on my D drive)

Most likely, both are using the same Saved Games folder ... you can check by running one DCS, then exit and take a look at /saved games/dcs.openbeta/logs .. examine the modification time of the dcs.log file.

 

If you want each DCS to have a separate Saved Games folder, then use the technique described here:

Ok so I did what the instructions told me to do but it didn't change when I went back to my Saved Games folder

? ... just tested it, I edited a dcs_variant.txt file on the root of the DCS program folder, like this:

 

 

then I start DCS, and it creates the specified Saved Games folder ("Juegos Guardados" on my spanish Windows):

 

 

So .. it works on my end .. check the instructions again.

Ok I got it working! Thanks guys for helping me out
