Win10 1809 and 1903 forced driver signing. This broke vJoy.

The community rallied and created a new version with a singed driver.

I know... but mine worked and I didn't disable driver signing...

Maybe I'm confused and used a different virtual joystick driver. I'll have to check when I get home.

Also... If there's a new community backed VJoy driver maybe if I'm not using VJoy I'll move back to it... Does it support >8 axes?
