Boris Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Most people who have re-greased their Warthog have used Nyogel 767a. While this grease has very low stiction, it is also incredibly viscous, meaning the stick takes longer to return to the center. Is anyone aware of a lubricant that will make a stick center as quickly as possible? Thadiun Okona Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Damping makes it much easier to put the stick where you want without overshooting.
Boris Posted July 24, 2019 Author Posted July 24, 2019 Maybe so, but that’s not what I want in this case :) PC Specs / Hardware: MSI z370 Gaming Plus Mainboard, Intel 8700k @ 5GHz, MSI Sea Hawk 2080 Ti @ 2100MHz, 32GB 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM Displays: Philips BDM4065UC 60Hz 4K UHD Screen, Pimax 8KX Controllers / Peripherals: VPC MongoosT-50, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS, modded MS FFB2/CH Combatstick, MFG Crosswind Pedals, Gametrix JetSeat OS: Windows 10 Home Creator's Update
Banzaiib Posted July 25, 2019 Posted July 25, 2019 Try a PTFE Silicone light oil or a dry spray. Sorry, but no. This will not stay on the gimbal, and you'll be taking it apart again within a day.
