Mk-83s fall short in CCIP

I noticed that when I dropped multiple Mk-83 bombs in CCIP, they were falling short every time.

 

Here are what I did:

1. set UFC to 8

2. set Interval to 150

 

I also noticed that the accuracy is getting worse as increasing the interval. Is it normal? Thanks.

It's a semi known issue with a 50/50 split of it happening to people. Best solution I have read is to drop 5-10 seconds early, and they seem to hit. Not yet on the official bug list.

my understanding is when attacking with multiple targets the aim point should be middle of the group and not the first target.

 

Try a release middle of the group.

I was also under the impression that the slight discrepancies in atmospheric density had a role to play or something to do with air temperature not being taken into account (there was a thread on this that was never responded to)
